About Our Coaching Program
Our Originator Coaching program is unique due to its use of a "high touch", "high tech" philosophy. Inside our coaching program we partner our coaching clients with the tools, resources and coaching they need to succeed in achieving all their goals and dreams. In addition to having all the resources from MyMortgageCommunity.com available to our clients, we've also partnered with eLifePlans.com to provide an online Planning and Goal Setting tool to our clients. We use this patent pending tool as a common coaching platform inside our high impact coaching program to get phenomenal results in our clients' lives.
Our coaches do not just ask great questions; they help you create a workable Action Plan then help you implement the plan to reach your full potential. Our extensive coaching program covers Six Distinct Coaching Phases to help our clients gain the FOCUS, BALANCE and DIRECTION they need to succeed as a Mortgage Originator in this ever changing and competitive mortgage industry.

STEP 1 - DEVELOPING YOUR LIFE AND BUSINESS PLAN

STEP 2 - DEVELOPING/REFINING YOUR MARKETING STRATEGIES
During STEP 2 your coach will help you to develop and/or refine your highest payoff marketing strategies. Once these have been developed they will act as a "new client faucet" that you can turn on and off when you want to ramp up your production.

- Approaching – How to WOW clients and referral partners with your first impression and develop a unique 30 second elevator speech
- Problem Identification - How to isolate your clients' biggest problem and prepare your offer as the perfect solution to solve it
- Presenting – Refining your client and referral partner presentations, Memorizing your Competitive Advantages and your Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
- Overcoming Objections – Polishing your responses to the most common objections
